General Questions

What is Genshin Farm Calendar?

It’s a free tool that helps you plan character and weapon development in Genshin Impact. You select what you want to level, and the tool generates a calendar showing what to farm each day.

Do I need to register or log in?

No. The tool is completely anonymous. Everything is stored locally in your browser.

Can I use this tool if I’m new to Genshin?

Yes! It’s especially helpful for beginners who want guidance on what to focus on each day.

What happens if I skip a farming day?

The calendar won't auto-adjust. You'll need to update your materials and click "Update Plan" again.

Can I prioritize a specific character or weapon?

Currently, the system tries to balance all selected targets. Manual prioritization is planned for future updates.

Do overflow events affect the order of activities?

Yes — the system adjusts your plan to take advantage of double drop events, if any are active.

Planning & Functionality

How do I start a plan?

Go to the Home Page, select characters and/or weapons, input your owned materials, and click Create Plan.

What’s the difference between “Create Plan” and “Update Plan”?

  • Create Plan: lets you choose any start date (even in the future)
  • Update Plan: refreshes the plan starting tomorrow, based on your current inventory

Why would I start a plan in the future?

Sometimes you want to compare how long it would take to prepare different characters. This can help you decide who to prioritize before an event, a new Spiral Abyss cycle, the Imaginarium Theater, or the Stygian Onslaught.

Does the tool prioritize Resin usage?

Yes! The planner:

  • Uses Condensed Resin when possible
  • Prioritizes weekly bosses and Overflow events
  • Balances materials based on available days

Shared Inventory

Do I need to enable the feature to use Shared Inventory?

Yes, make sure the toggle on the page or in the settings is active before entering or updating your material values.

Do I need to update the inventory manually every time I create a plan?

No, it’s not required. The inventory is automatically updated whenever you save or update a plan. However, you can always edit the values manually if you want direct control.

Why does an old plan show different values after updating the inventory?

Because your available materials (like Mora or EXP books) have changed. This makes the days and resources calculations outdated. Simply perform a plan update to realign it with the new values.

Is the inventory shared across all my plans?

Yes, the values set in the Shared Inventory apply to all active and future plans, so you don’t need to re-enter the same information each time.

Plan Compator

Can I compare more than two plans at once?

Yes, you can select all the checkboxes of the plans you want to compare. The charts will display the relative scores of each plan so you can easily spot the differences.

What do the scores in the charts represent?

The scores are calculated based on several factors: character and weapon levels, talents, required days, and total resin cost. This provides a quick overview of each plan’s overall efficiency.

Compatibility & Usage

Does this work on mobile?

Yes, but the full calendar experience is better on desktop due to screen size and layout.

Can I sync between devices?

Check the Manage Database function on this page
  • Export your database as a file
  • Import it on another device

Will my data be lost if I clear my browser cache?

No, unless you delete the site data. If you do, export your database first to avoid losing progress when resetting your browser.

Troubleshooting

My calendar isn’t updating — what should I do?

  • Clear browser cache
  • Restart browser, select your plans from this page
  • Checking your material inputs — they affect generation
  • Update!
